What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance due to the product's high demand. Placing a pre-order reserves your item and ensures you’ll receive it once it arrives.

Shipping Timeline

Our current pre-order item(s) will ship by 23 December 2025. This date is an estimate and subject to change based on production and shipping timelines. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes!

Orders Containing Both Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both a pre-order item and other in-stock products:

• In-stock items will be shipped immediately (within our normal processing time).

• Pre-order items will be shipped separately once they arrive.

Payment

All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. This secures your item and guarantees allocation once stock is available.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your pre-order, please contact us ASAP.
