Effective from 12 May 2025, we are proud to offer a 2-Year Warranty on all socks purchased from our store.

Our Promise to You

We stand behind the quality and durability of our socks, so if your socks develop any rips, tears or damage through normal wear within two years of purchase, we will replace them - no questions asked.

How to Claim Your Replacement

  1. Contact Us
    Please fill out the Contact Us form on our website, with the subject as 'WARRANTY' followed by your order number to which the pair relates to. 

  2. Return the Damaged Pair
    After submitting your request, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the damaged socks to us. Once we receive them, we will process your replacement.

Replacement & Refund Policy

Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the same item is no longer in stock or available, we will offer like-for-like of the original product.

Terms & Conditions

  • This warranty applies only to running socks purchased on or after 12 May 2025.

  • The warranty is valid for two years from the original date of purchase.

  • Returns must be made through our official contact process as outlined above to qualify.

  • This warranty covers damage through normal use. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or deliberate abuse.
