INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We currently ship to the UK only, excluding Northern Ireland.
• Any orders placed with a Northern Ireland shipping address will unfortunately be refunded.

ORDER PROCESSING & TIMESCALES 

• Our processing time to when your order is dispatched is within 1 working day (if not the same day) from receiving your order confirmation.
• Once we dispatch your item, you will be provided with a tracking number that relates to your order. This will be sent to you via your selected channel of contact (SMS or Email). 
• Please note - we cannot deliver items to university accommodations, hotels or restaurants.
